I just hired 200mhs cause there was none yeaterday (network hadhrate was around 2k then) at the same moment someone else took network difficulty to 12ghs. What are the odds.

A lot of the miner's, are people in the slack channel, and most of them are already shareholders, so they only try to growth their share total, and don't even think to sell.
Here you have to KEEP the coins for have something in return, if you sell, you can be happy just for little time.
