It's scrypt not scrypt-jane but setting up a solo mine is the same, just use cgminer.

You will need a conf file for solo mining, not pool mining.

I wrote a solo-mining setup guide for QQcoin here: solo mining guide

It will basically be the same just change the ports (when confirmed), your UN and password (can be anything) and add node addresses.
