which pool was you using to get 660 coins a day with 200 hash?

I am running a PROP pool so this is good for miners with low hashrate. If you wanna try: http://www.pmpod.de/#/

Pool is in europe with fast connection and online 24/7. 0% fee for now.

Srsly guys, you have good idea and this coin try to be something big in music industry, but the wallet is not working "out-of-the-box".
When i download the wallet and open it, after few seconds the wallet stucks at random blocks and stops syncing.
I can assure you that im advanced IT user and still have problems making it work and how will the lame users do it?
Lame users wont use GMC.EXE or stuff like that to sync it, they have iPhone's/Mac's and want one button solutions! Fix your wallet!

Hi,

Yesterday i damaged my harddrive. I recovered my UTC file but when i sync the wallet my balance remains 0.
Is it possible that is lost all my coins with the damaging?

No, you only need your UTC file to get access to your coins

I've done that but the balance remains 0. i deposited also an amount to see if it changes but it remains 0.
Did i do something wrong? Sad

With the orbiter you can see your current balance and transaction history

https://orbiter.musicoin.org

Ty for the help. I saw that my coins weren't lost and with bit of waiting my balance returned.

Yep at this time Musiconomi is just another "make us rich" white paper. Whereas Musicion is real service, community and ecosystem with its on currency and economy that is already gaining traction.

We heard more and more ICOs around music these days(at least 4 of them suddenly emerged). Whether on MUSICOIN blockchain or not is not important, the most important thing is whether the team really understands music industry, understand the problems and really serve all stakeholders.  A whitepaper definitely can't prove anything, leave alone credibility issues.

Q. Will Musiconomi run on the Musicoin blockchain?
A. (Danp) Short answer-No! As of now, we’ll be using the Ethereum blockchain.
Long answer- This is something that we have discussed heavily within the team. Initially the MCI team met each other (To know how they met check out this blog post) trying to build Musicoin blockchain. Our initial plan was to leverage the Musicoin blockchain and to build a musiconomi platform on top of that.
After the formation of Musiconomi, we had a lot of discussion with the community and our advisors. And in turn, we started to realise there are better reasons to use a single blockchain (like ethereum for example) instead of using two different blockchains as it can lead to a lot of confusion among the users of the musiconomi platform. Also having to deal with two different chains behind the scene would add more complexity in terms of development (causing the project to be delayed further). Using ethereum blockchain means that we can leverage all of the ecosystem that has been building up so far which would benefit us in reducing our time to hit the market.
Therefore, looking at it from all of the above point of view it becomes clear to us to use a single blockchain. So far, we are going ahead with Ethereum. But this is not set in stone. Ultimately we’ll use whatever is best for the musiconomi project in terms of its investors, listeners and artists.

Why can’t I buy MCI tokens with $MUSIC?
Musiconomi will run on the Ethereum blockchain, the crowdsale will happen on the Ethereum blockchain and Musicoin ($MUSIC) will not be accepted as payment for tokens. The market cap of the Musicoin blockchain is not yet high enough to support a crowdsale. We considered accepting both $MUSIC and ETH, however running a crowdsale across multiple digital currencies is problematic, especially if the price fluctuates during the crowdsale.

@danp So is there any relationship between MCI and Musicoin? Will the system use musicoin for any purpose?

firesofmay [12:36 PM]
@tberty
> "There is no formal agreement between Musiconomi and Musicoin, just a common history.  In the latest version of the business plan, we have clarified that we are moving forward with plans to run on the ETH blockchain, and at this point it is unlikely that we would use the Musicoin chain.  There are a number of reasons for that, including stability, more potential for partnerships, and the simplicity of just using one chain.  That was not a decision we made lightly, but we all agree this is the best path." - danp

@firesofmay beat me to it.  :slightly_smiling_face: He is correct.  We will not be using the Musicoin blockchain.  You can hear more about that in our recent Q&A https://www.facebook.com/Musiconomi/videos/1441435299274161/ (it's one of the earlier questions addressed)

Are there already any artists who use this? How is an increase in the coin's value possible?

Its simply a result of the balance between supply and demand. I would never call it value, it is simply its price. Suppy and demand itself is a function of greed and fear of the masses.

Excuse my ignorance, but cannot I not mine this to an ether wallet? I've been mining and the transaction says it went through, but I don't have any coins in myetherwallet.com. Do I have to manually add MUSIC as a token?
you can mine it on ethereum wallet, you just need to use musicoin wallet so your tokens

your tokens are safe

but better create new address using music blockchain

NO you can't send $MUSIC to an Ethereum wallet. $MUSIC is NOT and ERC20 token. Musicoin has its own blockchain.

You need to install the Muscoin wallet and mine to that. If you're lazy then you can simply mine to a Bittrex Musicoin wallet.

musicoin is ethereum fork
ethereum wallets = musicoin wallets
I stored my MUSIC on ether wallet and sended coins from it.

Im not sure about safety of using such wallet but you can withdraw music from it.

Well if you know what you're doing, yeah you can do that.
