Fork at block 1086321. PoW will be disabled. Reason, chain is getting stuck too often.

After installing the latest version (v1.5.0) under Linux and Yiimp I get the following error: error -1: no more pow blocks
I tried to install v 1.4.0 again but it failed during installation.
Before that, everything worked fine.
I need help
