We don't plan to push merchant accounts aggressively until DNotes is proven to be a sufficiently stable digital currency. This could take another year. We are working on a number of projects to position DNotes to be the digital currency of choice in conducting global commerce. There are many challenges that must be overcome first. In our opinion, the digital currency that is widely accepted as trustworthy, stable, with excellent liquidity and reliable appreciating value will be the currency of choice. The payoff is huge and we are taking our time to do things right from the start.

Hey mates,

i have a small problem!

Just send a lot of notes to an exchange! The client was synchronized, after i send the coins i lost the contact to the network!
i was out of synchron...
Now my withdrawal is pending and dont shows up any confirmations, also blockexplorer dont knows my transaction id....

is there a possibility to rescan the network for the coins?!
What can i do?

Hi Spjer,

As soon as you get the client online and sync, it will likely send the coins to the exchange as intended. Just to verify, do you have the latest version of the client? v1.1.0.0 and do you have the latest nodes added to your DNotes.conf?

Quick updates:

Social media campaign to vote for DNotes to be listed on Mintpal Exchange by September 15, 2014 has started. The last vote count as of 7:30 AM (CST) 6-25-14 is 3246 at position # 53. We are doing gtreat but can use a lot more help. This is an important milestone for DNotes.

Dnotes price has been on a steady up trend, passing and holding above 400 Satoshi. It looks like a strong bull run, capable of charging forward further. However, I must add that I have never see a bull that doesn't get tired eventually. I am now very comfortable with a new higher low of 300 Satoshi, up from 200 Satoshi just a few weeks ago.

RJF, thanks for pointing out the significance of DNotes trend-line chart. It is beautiful and I doubt there is more than a handful in our industry that reflects such stability and long term growth so well. However, I will add that a four month trend line is insufficient for most serious investors to get excited with. If this trend line continues for 18 to 36 months with the same indications of stability and value appreciation, we all would wish that we bought more DNotes when they did not cost as much.

When Wall Street money finally starts to invest in digital currency at a significant scale, I fully expect that there will be professional digital currency analysts hunting down the best investment opportunities. DNotes is positioned for that day and we have every reason to believe that it will be one among a few top picks, perhaps the best in class. That is when big payoff can be expected for our long term investors.

I agree on all points and, that day is coming sooner than most people think. We have to remember one very important thing about Wall Street concerning the timing of an investment and that is, by the time the general public hears about a move, it's already been made and insiders are already making a profit. Keep an eye on those charts...

RJF, I can not agree with you more. You are exactly correct. The average investors often ended up getting the meat bones after someone else has taken the best bites. Yes keep a close watch on DNotes chart. We are still at our launch pad. We have a long way to go.
