nope its a Thread Europecoin colaborates with and if you read close enough,
you may find out, its an invite for rofo, because itrs interessting and relevant for his work.

Any updates?
I'm currently configuring a new dedicated server which is taking a bit of time. My current host wasn't place nice so moving the web version on to my own more expensive hardware/software with more control.
Update #1: Migration complete, pulling down old server, redirecting DNS, current site will be down 12-24 hours.
Update #2: SSL certificate received now, adding today.
Update #3: SSL active. More testing this week before adding verification, dashboard and payments. Another mobile update inc. and marketing pages.

The confirmation email to my admin mailbox is taking it's time to arrive but it will be up as soon as it's available.
I have a meeting on Wednesday which should allow me to move ahead with all functionality on the website live providing it goes positive (looks good so far).

So I was going to buy something and http://www.noblemovement.com/marketplace isn't working. And also It should be https, that is the link from your sig Rofo so if it's wrong then correct please.

Without Https I'm not creating an account. You should never use a non encrypted connection on a monetary site.
