Did you just miss everything that was said... The dev team is here everyday and masternodes are working.. The more you expect them to do the longer things take.. Help out make a couple posts about it! Get on twitter! Show people how to use it like goldmaxx did.. Don't just invest a little bit and hope you get rich

Is your config named Neutron.conf? I think it needs to be a capital N.
Please tell us exactly what you did, we can't really help you with the little information you gave us.
Are you working on a vultr ubuntu node or on your windows wallet?
If you want I can set it up for you, but that requires some trust because I can access your funds...
1. I install wallet on windows
2. i did everything like it's on instructions
3. i transfer 25.000 to primary wallet adress
4. i put Neutron.conf in windows appdata user etc...,
5. when i run masternode start it turn out error

Since I had the same problems, I thought it would be nice to share how I got mine to work...
This set up is for windows only, since I have no experience with mac or linux.
Feel free to improve my manual, or to adapt it to Mac or Linux!
