It was a crappy clone of Crave that came out during the wave of sha256 dump-coins. So, probably not.

i did but bittrex eat a provision and i get 14.998 coins there =)
i have neutron.conf in that dir in appdata
send a couple of extra coins to your normal wallet address then send exactly 25000 to your collateral address. create another address in your wallet to bounce coins around, dont send back and forth to exchanges. i have neutron.conf in that dir in appdata

when do you get the error? Are you starting with the start button or commandline in debug window? afaik the transaction has to be exactly 25000. put one transaction in wallet

Go to your "Main" Router , which is this one that your Modem/Cable/Sat whatever is
find "portforwarding" and "firewall"
set port 9999 forward to your internal ip ( Computer runs Wallet )
Switches = only split up the lines without any firewalls etc.

Should be fine as long as you are using your external IP address and forward the port you've specified in your firewalls.
if I have multi routers is that the reason for the problem? Do I have do any setup on the primary router for port forwarding?
