That txid provided is invalid. Coingather is a scam. Request hash/txid again and check in NYC block explorer. There have been many many complaints posted here about inability to remove NYC from Coingather. Coingather link was delisted from nycoin.net immediately once YoBit listed NYC.

I have a problem since 7/11/2017, I made a withdrawal from CoinGather in the value 23849110.36032340 NYC at 14:13 for yobit and so far that value has not been confirmed in yobit, I sent a message on the support, and they sent me the TxID = c916cb55db22db07b11e1d7d855b439617694e21ee5251a5564afeb67012205d

This library will allow any mobile platform to easily integrate New York Coin into their platform. Including NYC ATM manufacturers.
