Or just leave the wallets online 24/7 if possible and let split PoS do it's thing to produce an exponential amount of stakes. Checking the CF now to see if it's ready to stake.

Update: I am currently staking the CF. Will report the results later after it confirms.

EVERYBODY, PLEASE STAKE YOUR ORANGECOIN WALLETS.

Take turns to stake your coins;
Coin A and B today, then coin C and D tomorrow, etc
You can leave them all on, but stake one or two different coins everyday

I need like 100 raspberry pi units to stake all of these different coins. My computer crashes with more than 5 different PoS coins running.

lol, I wonder why? Do you have conflicting ports in getpeerinfo command for any of your coins, are all the peers using the correct port?

Sounds to me like it's a computer problem or something running in the background. Wallets usually don't crash whole computers, wallets just crash themselves. Scan your computer for "Unwanteds", i.e. virus, malware, spyware, rootkits, malicious browser search engine toolbars, etc etc.
Are your browser plugins up to date?
Are you PoW mining as well, consuming resources?

Don't need answers, all rhetoric to help give you ideas, but feel free to continue to discuss if you like.

We need to get more people syncing their old OC wallets.
People will buy OC if they offer their coins for sale.

While this is true, we do need a certain amount of coins to be staking to secure the network. Moving coins wouldn't be good for this, but staking would. So if people aren't going to use their OC, please free them up! Either stake them, sell them, or donate them, but don't ignore them!

I have addnodes if people need them.

Post your nodes. It is always good to have Smiley

CF report:

Contains: 220822.770284

Accounting: Moved the coins to the same address (sent the CF to itself) to reduce amount of transactions in the wallet and less orphans. Coin control said it was 7.xx for the fee, actual was 5.90. Why it was different, I don't know. After I sent the CF to itself, I had change of 1.xx OC from the difference in fees. I sent the CF to itself again including the 1.xx received in change. Fee for the second transaction was .10 OC.

I have a slow network how much could that take  and what is the size of the files needed to be
downloaded for the sync ?

Edit : I have a 256 kb/s network anyone could estimate how much will take ?

Staking Net: 21000
We need more members to stake their wallets. I have informed over 100 old members to sync their wallets. Some of those members might have long forgotten about Orangecoin.

The network is doing just fine, producing blocks as expected. But for those people not staking, they are missing out on some good OC. But this will be a good test to watch all these old wallets get active again and see how the network/chain handles it as far as normal mini-forks.
Is there a Boodstrap.dat availble?
Then "old users" can quicker download the blockchain.

Nope, but I can possibly upload one if there is a bigger demand.
There will soon be a bigger demand Wink
