Yes, we are swapping and this time its going to happen in a two step process with a momentare swap wallet in order to weed out all the orphans that were generated during the recent attack.
When we reach 51% of community on the swap wallet we will release the final wallet for swap into new and improved network.

It will catch up eventually after a while. I had 0 connections in the beginning too and after a couple of hours I got seven connections.
