To finish, to be in the top 10 is necessary a high investment and if the Whales return to Namecoin this would happen fast. Wink

I think namecoin is actually a non pegged (not now anyway) merge mined bitcoin sidechain unless I am mistaken?

I am in crypto since 2011, so I know all about the Namecoin. The Namecoin community is too small nowadays, so even before the halving day the Namecoin is forgotten.

You can see that it confirmed more than 2000 blocks ago, so you did receive the NMC. The problem is that your wallet is not sync'd to the blockchain (not connected, as you stated). You may want to ask some questions in the Electrum forum.
