Hello world!
I haven't kept the site updated much over the last couple of months, as I've been busy doing other things. Some sites are dead, others are still working. Has any new sites emerged that is not yet listed?

This is updated: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/where-do-i-get-free-bitcoin-the-maintained-list-of-verified-free-bitcoin-sites-74046

Wouldn't it be a wonderful world if goofballs would spend as much time paying attention to the details (like funding your damn ad service!) as they do pimping their little venture?

Thanks for running a quality, and useful site tosku, and thanks for listening to the whinging of us users.

The bitcoin.so thing is the same for me- double 4's on the dice, yeah I've won 0.01 and their payout balance is 0.00074 something and it keeps telling me I have enter the validations wrong. Get rid of it until they can figure out their act instead of just pushing ads at us for their own benefit.

You can get the validation right by not using a space between the word and the number they ask for. Instead, you get an error that says there's not enough funds to pay the reward. I'll remove the link.

bitcoin.so is looking pretty bogus to me. It said I just one 0.01 BTC with both dice the same. I provided the correct captcha answers exactly as provided and it claims they're incorrect and refuses to pay. And I can't find a contact address.

yes, seems they are free riding us Smiley
I also got same numbers, and it just apologizes after robbing me of my time

I had that exact problem myself. I'll remove the link in the next update if things haven't changed.

CoinAd has a new policy: You can request coins every 23 hours (it used to be 24). The timer has been updated accordingly.

Cool  Cool

Idea: I've noticed that a couple of sites like Coinslot and Dailybtc appear to reset at a specific time of day regardless of payout time rather than 24 hours since the last payment request. Coinslot resets at 2 AM US Central and Dailybtc may reset at somewhere around 12 AM Eastern (I haven't confirmed the latter yet). For those sites, using a different class of daily timers which always shows the amount of time until that time of day would be more accurate.

Good idea, I'll look into it.

Maybe a firewall or something interfering? Either that or some part of the site is down when the prize reads 0.00000. That once happened to me. Normally it should be some small amount (currently 0.00005).

It looks like you let the captcha expire.

After just the few seconds you have to wait to click submit? I wouldn't think so. (The screenshot was taken a bit after that...took a bit to find the KDE screenshot app.)

Why does the Daily Bitcoins timer have 37 minutes on it then?

Geez...I wasn't expecting the Spanish Inquisition.

Maybe this sequence will make the problem more obvious:

Waiting for the timer to count down:

Clicked the button and got this:

These were taken with Chrome on Windows, but it happens in every browser I've tried (Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, iCab Mobile) on every OS I have (Windows, Linux, iOS).

You didn't win any bitcoins. LOL

Seems like you have bigger problems than messed up Captchas.
