great to hear of the monday ship-out Smiley

my 'BUG REPORT':
1) the payment status is misspelt as 'paiEd' instead of 'paid'
2) payment status takes a long time to show anything - at least 6 confirms it seems. In future, 3 confirms is generally recognised as sufficiently embedded in the blockchain
3) There was no payment confirmation email, despite an alert indicating that there would be one.
4) the 'pay: X BTC' and 'confirm: X BTC'  info isnt very well explained, and may raise some confusion to know if the payment was properly seen or confirmed
5) no mention of the coupons/vouchers - it would be nice to see these put back in place for return customers Wink

Overall, it was a good experience and the store was quite clean and simple. The main issues are the payment system with its delays and slightly confusing displayed info.

if this is sufficient info to be considered for a complimentary U1 in my order, could it be a blue one or a red one? I've already got a pile of black ones

Just to be sure - by 12V DC power adapter - are you saying we need our own PSU?  If I overclock it to the full 200 would you suggest a 600W?

yes, you need to provide the PSU. if overclocking to 200GHash, you need to make sure the power supply has AT LEAST 500W on a 12V rail. >600W on a single 12V rail is ideal

Are these units actually available at their web site?

Why the increase to 2.65?    2.4 is where it should be right now... possibly lower for previous customers.

Because people are buying them. As buzdave is saying it is demand and supply. The only one to be blamed is US we are the demand. This was th best deal, but at 2.65 it will never pay out. good
 Luck to everybody.

It was first 30 units for 2.4 BTC claiming a 20% discount from the "normal price". No word on whether having participated in the auctions 1 and 2 related vouchers exist or not.

Hi Bitmain,

It looks like there's a fault in your system.

I was in the process of ordering a S1 - order ID 00120140112131617262M1Cei8P30633
Invoice was generated on "Date: 2014-01-12 13:16:18"
I paid as requested, 2.65 BTC to address 13sh4KzGSUnF1YSsgfvcCTjGF2cBshcotH
Here is the transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/420517709b3b32fd1834b84b386ca8294c252b9849f6c9ce622b325b063067f7

As you can see payment happened 2 minutes after the invoice was generated.
It got 6 confirmations well before the 1 hour window to expire.
As I write this, there are 12 confirmations already, but your website says "expired" ?!

I also noticed that under "Pay" column it said "Pay: 0 BTC" instead of "2.65 BTC" ?
Here is a screenshot:

As you can see I paid on time, so please fix this situation.

This is not the answer to: "Sure you are willing to make that sacrifices?"

Are you, or aren't you?

Look...I find you personally offensive and I haven't even met you so how about we just leave it at that.

If I met you face to face I would punch you in the mouth.
Sure? Wanna try?

Ok, then lets do the math:

You stress the "math" yet your #2 clearly states the one variation everyone attempts to project but can only remain unknown:  difficulty.  Will all the ASIC Miners deliver on time *and* continue pumping out hardware?  BFL didn't.  Avalon didn't (after initial batches).   There are too many variables to consider.  Invest in BitCoin however you want.  I buy and spend my BTC, but I'm also mining.  I grabbed more miners under the assumption that the Chinese new year will impact production in much the same way it did in 2013 allowing for my miners to run longer without additional product hitting the network in a timely manner.

Given my current kWh rates and a FIXED BTC value, the difficulty would have to around 85,108,883,700 (or 60x current value) before it cost me more to run my AntMiner than it generated.

Either way, quit hijacking the thread with your philosophical arguments.  Get BTC, Spend BTC.  Who cares...

You are absolute right, this seems dangerous. But what you want to do to avoid this scenario? Mine home with the knowledge that you will never break even, to protect the network?

Sure you are willing to make that sacrifices?

I am my own person and I do as I wish.

If your looking for someone to teach go look elsewhere.
