This is the third time that I have experienced poor UPS service - Drivers not showing up or failing to leave any notices if they did (9:45pm? , and other time while I have been at home with a clear note at the front door) and dispatch centers promising and failing to call back on at least 2 occasions

Maybe i'm the only one, but I would appreciate a second option such as DHL

:)
I can attest that I got a set of U1s in less than a week for a price/performance significantly better than my last BE's, and it runs as advertised (though with a specially compiled version of cgminer).  Now if I can just get them to get my U1s to run with my BEs on one machine! Any chance cgminer will be able to support both at the same time?
User nwoolls is working on code for these to work on BFGMINER and looks like he has it working

Many if's and could's.

I guess if they would have a Rack Design they would advertise, as they advertise the ant monthes ago.

But hey, let's just wait and maybe: surprise surprise! Grin
Hast du deine miner schon bekommen, kommt da noch Verzollung dazu?
Yes. 120USD declaration as PSU, i have paid about 850 Baht for 2 miner.  Cool

850 Baht for 2 miner. ?
why so cheap?
120USDx2=240USD x 10% Customs and shipping insurance = about 850 Baht.

I hope you guys realize, that 55nm chips are out of date 2014 (tmr)? I guess there is no reason for bitmain, to planning anything with this old ant chips. Time for develope new 28nm chips.

I hope you realize, that at these competitive prices and shipping IMMEDIATELY, who the hell cares.  I'll keep buying them as they stomp the competition by actually offering product.

There is no way of "shipping IMMEDIATELY" a new designed rack. So if they invest another 3-4 week to design, we have february 2014. Time for the new Black Arrow/KNC/Bitmine Racks...and Bitmain would be hopeless out-dated.

Times run fast dude.

Your assumption is that they have not already started a design.....what if they started doing it last October, are you ready for the aggressively priced 600GH/s, 1200W Antminer S2, got to get rid of these 55nm chips, could be next week for all we know.

I suspect that they are already working on a 28nm chip in the background, I would be if it was my company. I would launch it the same way and swap the market again.

My comment is about their existing setup.  You're also making a HUGE assumption everyone will actually ship on time.

Bitmain, whats your plans for next hardware?

How about a rack-style 1TH Ant?

That would be nice. Adding a few more mounting options might be nice too - right now the only holes you could use to secure the miner to a frame are on the vertical edges meaning that its difficult to 'bolt down' the system

Alternatively, an asicminer-like setup with 2-phase immersion cooling would work well with the system. you could easily fit a few boards in a tank, given the right pump/rad/fluid combination
