And waiting for BFL?  Really?  Really???
LOL. Sorry. I meant "same for me" for the prices, not for waiting for BFL. Only retard can buy from BFL nowadays.

Priced at around 4$/GH -> I will immediately take a few and accept near month delivery time. After first batch arrives i would double it.
Priced at around 6$/GH -> I might get a few.
Priced at around 8$/GH -> Only if delivery is within 15 business days and only a few, otherwise it makes more sense for me to wait for BFL Monarchs (Packaging)
Same for me

This doesn't really make a lot of sense. Either there is a return or there isn't. Profit is black and white.

Here is more detailed, slower videos.

Photo wise, you can download it from

http://www.asic-review.com/public/bitmain_20131118.zip

for the next week or so, then I will delete them.

Nice, thanks for that.  Perhaps you should keep that zipfile up until there are shipped miners, hashing in the hands of customers.  Based on your pictures and videos, I'm thoroughly convinced that this product does exist, and that they have viable means of further production.  I'd recommend that anyone who buys one and is satisfied, also consider giving money to Sushi for his time/effort.

I also agree with the sentiment that Bitmain could release pricing right now; no need to wait.

I have seen Bitman Chinese thread, which seems to be much more friendly than on this thread. I assume it's the language barrier (I may be wrong).

Sushi is just trying to help. He does not have to - as he could have purchased the rigs for himself and not share the details with us. Hence, you guys need to lighten up.

+1 power to Sushi for his positive actions.

What´s the antenna for?  Huh
WLAN on the controller board?

If you´re going to sell batch 1, 30 units, to the chinese market tomorrow... why don´t you just give us the price?  Grin
I´m for sure in for a couple of units.

Yeah pricing will be interesting to know.

One thing they should add is a dip switch for lowering the voltage for underclocking -> this will make them viable for longer, when it approaches electricity cost, just flip a switch and double your profit margin.
Assuming maintenance & upkeep is easy and simple, plus realestate are not issues for you.

If this is sensibly priced, fast shipping and proven to be real, i for one will be making continuous purchases monthly.
But that's only if things hold up, some details are a bit sketchy, but within the realm of possibility.

As for sensible pricing?
It's hard to say before seeing the final packaging, final power consumption, and doesn't make sense to do speculation maths right now.
For me packaging and ease of maintenance are very important aspects (hence big investment in BFL). I'm a business man with more important things to do than watch my miners 24/7 Smiley

Thing is, if these are priced low enough to be very attractive -> stock will run out, if these are priced higher -> will there be a breakeven within a year?

Priced at around 4$/GH -> I will immediately take a few and accept near month delivery time. After first batch arrives i would double it.

These are my personal opinions, and what i think makes sense for me.

Do we yet have any verification on this hardware from senior/hero members or the folks maintaining our software?

I care about that more than pricing or a web store right now.

+1
I was contacted by Bitmain and should be getting hardware soon all going to plan. I'll keep you posted.
Very cool!  Looking forward to hearing what you have to say.  What kinds of things will you be able to share once you get them?
