I paid but my order got cancelled. It was close on the hour mark. i have sent them an e mail hopefully they will mark it as payment received.

They may even start a new kind of craze amongst other ASIC makers........one that is customer led!!

Yes, three times so far.
Perfectly normal.
In my experience, as long as it says "Paid" they will ship as fast as they can.
Paperwork comes later, if at all.
If you are lucky you will get an email with tracking number shortly before your order gets delivered.
At that point, if you check, it will say "Shipped".
~36 hours in my case UPS->UK.
