wrong username/password
I moved from supernova pool to cpu-pool. Only thing i changed was address and now supernova,maxminers all do this "http request failed failed connect the requested url returned returned error 403"
something is wrong with your username password combination.. double check it
username all password are all corect

i fixed it. changed my username and password even though they was correct. strange :\

you're probably setting: "stratum+tcp://" change that to "http://"

With lots of help from ocminer we have set up a pool based on ocminers code too:

Please spread some hash over, we've currently rented some AWS instances to get our first block, but they actually cost a lot and we'd really appreciate some miners on the pool.
If you are mining on Suprnova or Maxminers, you don't have to download anything new, the miner will just work on cpu-pool !
