I'm having trouble installing P2pool for BCHA. I downloaded the jtoomim sources from GitHub, but I can't find the correct settings for the network.py files

My mining software shows I've won 54 blocks @ 2.0 coins = 108 The explorer for EMC2 shows only 62 coins mined???

I'm not getting credit for my mined blocks? It looks like miners that aren't even listed on the web page are getting credit for the blocks I'm mining??? EMC2 is the coin My miner info below:

Guys I was able to successfully install and run a node but my GBT latency is very high (more than 0.4s average). On what depends this latency?
My hardware is old. 2 Xeon E5060 3.20GHz processors and 8 logical cores, 6GB RAM and SSD drives for the blockchains
