wonder why you are so proud to say that you are charging 1% unlike other pools, you should come up with pool of 0% fee afterall its your own chain

I think cryptopia had an issue with wallet syncing  and they are nearly sorted it out now.

Have switched to your pool for a while.     

It might be problem at your end as mining pool at cryptopia.co.nz is ok

...oh and I couldn't mine PAK with Cryptopia.co.nz at the same time, so wasn't certain if it was them or me that had the issue as the wallet also wasn't connecting.

Well sometimes you see that it stops syncing and says 10 hours behind. That's because difficulty is so high and mining power is less, and sometimes mining stops completely and no block gets solved for hours.
You may add above nodes.

Was offline for a couple of weeks while I did other stuff - went to fire it PAK wallet up about ten days ago and nothing.  Shut it down a week ago (same time last week) Fired it up just now and it's connected.

Thanks for such in depth analysis and suggestions for pakcoin

Couple of things you have missed that pakcoin is on coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pakcoin
And it has official pool at pool.pakcoin.org which is down nowadays due to a hack attempt,  I will get it online soon again.
Twitter account is @pakcoinofficial and same on facebook, however I am not active nowadays on that due to being busy in development.

Regarding wallets, Android and iPhone wallets are coming soon and there is a Web based wallet at ewallet.pakcoin.org too, I had announced in this thread for ewallet earlier.

Electrum server is at electrum.pakcoin.org:50001 which is installed recently.

For block explorer, I have plan for a block explorer for Pakcoin, which will include Rich list too along with network stats.

Pakcoin Faucet is also coming soon.

These are some of plans for Pakcoin in near future regarding its development.

I would request more support from the Pakcoin community for its marketing and Public Relations.
