A Wound in Eternity
I have requested yobit.net about tenth time but they are not yet responding. Yobit.net withdrawal issue is causing sell off there and causing pakcoin graph at coinmarketcap.com downwards. That's disgusting

YoBit CAN NOT be trusted. Me, as a coin dev, have tried to contact them, but they do not answer. DO NOT USE YoBit!!!!

Thanks harhar
It's road map is in the OP, please check
Our plan is to get it accepted across the Pakistan on street level, and that needs time and education. So we are positive for it and people are getting aware and involved day by day, this why you are seeing it progressing and there are decent daily volumes as well.
I am very hopeful for pakcoin.

Right now Pakistan has a banking sector of only 16% out of which 4% is mobile banking( mobile banking was introduced some 2 to 3 years back and has grown really fast). We live in a country where most people dont understand banking and require assistance even when transferring funds, this has led to services such as easypaisa. mobicash to improve and work with high fees structure. Now even the banking is being hit hard as all withdrawals of cash Pkr above 499 dollars are subject to a tax of I believe 0.4% or 0.5% I forget exactly. I for one believe Pakcoin can replace that at local level which great smartphone and now 3g penetration at ground level. I look forward to more acceptance at ground level.

Some people got very cheap pakcoins and then price recovered quickly, that's the good part.
Ya the dumper should warn before the dump so that everyone buys at low price as well lol

Huge dump last night of around 0.25M pak, making record volume of 1736 usd.
I am curious to know who sold pak so cheaper?

lol

It would be better for him (and for me because I hadnt any order)
to post a dump warning,
so we can put our orders..
(he would have sold at higher prices)

but who knows, maybe some newbies would also dump,
so it's fine as it is...

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
Pakcoin is the only AltCoin whose price is increasing in this period when bitcoin price is increasing and all the alt coins are moving downwards in red.
This is some great Achievement by this Coin.

Today was the switch over time for DGW algo to take over and it has taken over successfully. Mining now is smoother than before and there won't be transactions delays or too high difficulty for longer periods. Blocks would be solved roughly around 1 minute.
I hope that miners would rejoin pakcoin mining.

Well done dev!!

AttorneyBitcoin,

Dev is doing a great job.
He's creating new services for PAK, he's responsive with the community, he takes care of PAK network...
so from my point of view, he's doing a great job.

Sir, if you believe this is a great idea right place/right time and you're putting my money where your mouth is, you should not move aside an watch the movie.
Dont thread you gonna lose respect. No one asked you to invest here. It's your work too to make it usefull.
You're now part of the community. Your duty is to support the dev in wathever he needs, not to demand dev to work more.

PAK is the first and only coin focused in Pakistan, so PAK is well ahead the curve already.

competition here is fierce and amateurs are quickly revealed and discarded.
the alternate coin community is watching this like a hawk

lol it sounds quite disrespectfull to me...
back into cryptos after 2 missing years?

Anyway, besides your aggresive comments you have a couple of points there

1) PAK team needs to grow.
Community needs to start taking responsabilities (Ex. Twitter, Face, Community support, PR)
Community has to gain devs confidence so he can delegate work.

2) Better to have thing done now before mass adoption arrives
(not really what you say, but also a good point)
We move back to the first point, team needs to grow

You are welcome
Once encrypted, there is no way to decrypt it, there is no option.
But you can unlock your wallet for a period of time, keeping it encrypted.
Password is asked for sending transactions and not for receiving. So you are secure this way.

Option 1: Introduce password in prompt that opens when you send coins

Option 2: Console (Help > Debug window > Console)

Type the following:

walletpassphrase "passphrase" timeout
Where passphrase is your password and timeout is the number of seconds you want the wallet unlocked (i.e. 120 = 2 min). This is option is the only one when you want to do something that requires unlocking but you don't want to send coins (like dumping a private key) or when you plan to leave the wallet open and fear forgetting to lock it again.

Thank you for the prompt and respectful response. I have my password, but under settings or even console there is no option to unlock wallet.
