Even If this is not a SCAM, I'm not sure that real estate is a great ideas. There are some real estate project that are under-value, have no any impacts to the real world yet.

Fortunetly, there is someone told that this is a SCAM. And, seems like the website is down.

I hate to say this but this is a scam project, they copied almost all of alt.estate website into their own website.
