This type of concepts don't last :/ I want to invest in a coin that I know for sure I can hold for 3 or 4 years and know that what I was able to buy now, is going to be impossible or really difficult to get in the future. What is the incentive for this coin if the pos rate is going too fast? (121%)

You can put whatever you want as the port numbers in the wallets .conf usually 4-5 digits.
Except that ports are 16 bit integers, so they cannot exceed 65535
