Probably they couldn't support the new wave of newcomers in december 2017 (even Binance had milion registrations per week which is insane, but they handled it pretty well

To all, the last time i chevked the thread, the dev said they are already in negosations with other big exchange aside from hitbtc.
Try to load binance via this url -> https://us.binance.com (it's a subdomain), also I think there is one more subdomain for it, but I can't find it.I hope my advice will help you!
