Community demand - yes. And that is about all it takes. People need to stop blaming Bittrex and start doing their own homework.
I guess it was NYSE's ffault when Enron fucked so many. And their are shit tons of penny stock OTC/pink scams listed for trading and it is not the fault of the exchange. The problem is that there are no repercussions in the alt community except calling someone a scammer.
People love getting scammed the same way they like losing money at a casino. Its a rush. Its a gamble. if it pays off, I could make huge profit, if not double down because I won't get burned again.

I find it odd that the dev claims to be a web developer but hasnt managed to build a website for his coin. Seems he would have had a killer website ready at launch. just my opinion. and yes ppl do look at coin website. it can give you an idea if the dev is serious or if it another shitcoin dump.

PesaCoin already went above 2k and it was headed to 2k yesterday until the issue with the wallet. Lots of coins had wallet issues and ended up doing very well.
