#xnsub basically helps your miner works more smoother and is very useful in multicoin pool, also when in nicehash you should use it.
when it is on your miner you will see green tick next to ES for the nonce being switched on, visible on your pool
Also when you see on miningrigrentals miners listed with that xnonce( black label front of miner name) those are supporting this feature

Also this pool is much more stable than zpool. I have found zpool to have good profits for couple of hours then have flat line profits for hours then back to rising again.
Granatgas has shown me good 45 degree angle profits steady gains. Which is real good for a pool.

Really hope there’s alert feature because if you have many miners, every minute counts. And you won’t be looking at the miner all the time. Therefore, hv to rely on the alert if anythg goes wrong so that we can troubleshoot immediately

It is the percentage of your hashrate/shares of the complete pool accepted/valid. When scrypt has 10gh/s and you 1gh/s you have 10% What means percentage of shares? It about lost shares or accepted?
.When the pool found a block the users get 98% of the value und you e.g 10% of this.
