Thanks for posting about WATER, RentaMouse. I was just about to relay the same information, but I've been busy looking into their code to see what was going on with it.
I'm halfway tempted to personally mine it at the increased block reward, but the situation is too volatile to recommend doing that. If anyone wants to give it a try though, let me know and I can add a direct port for you.
EDIT: They seem to be considering letting the inflated block rewards stand and patching the wallet to fix the issue at a future block (block 7200 is being discussed). I'm going to mine it overnight myself -- feel free to join me on port 3426, as long as you recognize the risk that they could create a patch that would instead remove those blocks from the blockchain.

For anyone wondering why the value of WATER has gone down the plughole, seems a simple code error in the daemon has roughly multiplied the block reward by 1,000 rather than reducing it after block 7,000 (the maths is slightly more complicated but you get the idea)
I was only holding a small amount in the hope of appreciation, but looks like they're nearly worthless now.
EDIT - the devteam has advised to stop mining whilst they work on it, another reminder for me why the ipoMiner 3% fee is worth it to not have to follow all these coins. Just need that "ipoFundManager" to provide managed trading for a fee now

We added GuldenCoin (NLG) to the multiport today. It is being traded on Bittrex, and their announcement thread is here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/na-554412

Good news, i never sold - glad its being worked on - IPO miner now actively tries to increase the value of coins also...
happy days the 3% fee is worth it.

Any opinions on Blitz -- is it going swirly down the toilet or is there still potential for it to rise?
As the intention was to gather data, I doubt it'll go up. Slowly swirling down the toilet it seems.

We enabled sending of transactional email notifications for payouts today. Some notifications that were sent before the past hour may have been delayed due to initial quota limits on our email provider, but those limits have now been lifted and emails should go out in a timely fashion.
If you want to disable email notifications, just go to the Account page (https://www.ipominer.com/accountdetails) and set "Receive automated pool emails?" to No on the right side of the page.
Also, I just added Poloniex's price data for Surge to the site, so you'll see their last price displayed now for it.
@david123 There was a nice jump on ECC today... 7 satoshis as a high earlier, and it has currently settled at 5.

We made a small but helpful change to the stats shown at the top left of the site -- they are now sorted by your hashrate, instead of the coins' profitability. (Previously, if you were mining on a direct port you wouldn't have been able to see the stats for the coins you were actively mining.)
Thats great cause I think most people that mine here will mine for future value anyways.

Do you think POW will cease at the correct 45 day mark (30 days from now), or earlier than expected like Mint did?
IDK it depends on the hash rate. Persaonlly as interest lessens of this coin, I think it will take LONGEr than 45 days. It all depends mate
