Yes, do not buy any coins, if your education not allows you to understand how POS works. Perhaps, it is better to die out and do not write anything anywhere.
But for take POS reward, your wallet must create block with having coin (utxo) and this block must be included to main blockchain branch. Chance to do this determines by coin age and coin size. If one of these multipliers is too small, resulting production will be small too.
Conclusion: wait or buy more coins or die.

yeah I knew that I held it for some reason. I hope that this really takes off.
i think will regret if take it off, so a good decision to hold maybe a few monthsalthough not significant but has great potential, just wait for the right moment to gain profit
I am still not convinced that TokyCoin has the right marketing strategy. People won't buy it from there only because it is called that way. Maybe I am wrong.
Which is a weird thing, but maybe the ownership is so concentrated that some people are driving the price up intentionally? I don't know, just guessing.
Correct and maybe some people bought shitloads at the time and keep those coins off market now. It's not always news driving the price up. Sometimes there are awesome news but nothing happens.

it does not matter how much coin i have. i should have get my reward 0.05 TOCK. It does not say anything for minimum amount of coin for staking.

Your wight grows with offline wallet too. Its enought to have it online for a few hours from time to time. There is no need for 24/7, if you dont want it.
