Which code did you fork for your coin? Did you make any tweaks to your own code or are you trying to launch a completely unmodified version?
It has already launched. We are a fork of Electroneum, but with a few tweaks. There will be many more tweaks in the future.

the code is here:

it's forked from monero (although it's not shown in github's fork network). it doesn't yet show any "real code" commits other than minor tweaks to readme.

You will have to download the CLI wallet and restore your access using either your seed or private keys.

The total supply doesn't matter if you're worried about making money on this coin. What matters is the market cap. Also, their goal is to have their coins in the hands of as many people as possible so 21 billion is a reasonable amount so that they don't become so rare that people cannot get their hands on them.

Everyone having the issue of simple wallet showing 0 received blocks.
You need to restore your wallet via the seed that was given when the wallet was created.
To do so, create a .bat file and place following commands in it:
for linux: ./stellite-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet
for win: stellite-wallet-cli.exe --restore-deterministic-wallet
save and start the .bat file.
It will ask you to name your restored wallet, set a new password and type in the seed.
When launching simple wallet afterwards, it will receive blocks and your balance will be shown.
You need to restore your wallet via the seed that was given when the wallet was created.
To do so, create a .bat file and place following commands in it:
for linux: ./stellite-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet
for win: stellite-wallet-cli.exe --restore-deterministic-wallet

I made a backup folder...put everything that isn't a .exe or that .bat in that folder...then run .bat file
