If you have some old Linux machines running, even base on Core2, Opteron, such oldies, give a try, they will perform well on Dego. You can pull 1k/h from a decent Core2 quad, only a third of a stock RX550.

That's a CPU miner for windows (Linuxand GPU support will come soon), and that algo is very well suited for CPUs, notably the low-cache ones.

I observed only the bottom half of the scratchpad is actually used by the main loop, is it on purpose to save CPU cache (in such case this is very smart) or is it an oversight?
