[PR completed] ESN can use Trezor wallet
There is chain ID in this network, and each network has its own chain ID.

Coins from the hardware wallet such as Trezor and Nano lever S and the Myetherwallet are divided based on chain ID.
Trezor had an error with chain ID greater than 255, and coins which have chain ID greater than 255 could not use Trezor.

But this time, a developer aka ethminer working with the ESN development proposed modifications to this part in Trezor github, which was accepted and applied to Trezor.

The ESN can apply to hardware wallets.
