Lawsuits destroyed Coinye West.

The lawyers can threaten the exchanges, making the coin impossible to get on any decent exchange.
And then they can sue any office that decides to hang a Facebookcoin plaque on their wall making a formal association impossible in 25 countries.
They might be able to open up shop in Nigeria, but even that is getting difficult these days.
This coin is dead.

There is a premine of .01% = about 5000 FBC. This is for the "airdrop".

Then there is the Shares IPO. Where 0.1 BTC will get you 5000 FBC 5 days from Launch. So where are those FBCs coming from?

It would be very difficult to sue a person with hidden identity. Facebook may take legal action against exchanges who will list FBC.

I would say something about you getting sued, but its already been repeated about 300 times.  So.... lawsuit?  Who gives a f***?  This is funny and there is no way that I am getting sued for owning it.  I'll buy some.  Bet it gets some attention before it burns.
