You can't do shit with a coin, with pending litigation.
They will sue your ass in England, France, Uzbekistan, any place you try and hang a plaque on the wall.

I'm proud to announce that we decided to reduce the total amount of premine coins to 0,01% that means 5040 FBC total premine, mined via normal block, giving also network stability. This means first 1000 blocks will be mined to premine, and not using a single super block of premine.

Still many changes to Proof-of-XXXX structure could and will be applied, as specified in the OP.
If Cease and Desist will ever arrive, we'll manage with that. In the meanwhile that would mean so much visibility and advertisement for our FBC! We can take the healty aspect of a possible bad situation, in any situation.
