You're quite wrong. Pay attention that almost all top and popular exchanges have API (application programming interface). IMHO, ICO should focus on specific targets which can be accomplished in a short time. Strange to say, a record ICO Telegram is an example of poor organization. The guys raised more than $ 1.5 billion, but they are already behind their RoadMap. Following the results of Q2 2018, they were to launch the test network of TON, and where is it?
The RoadMap is just an outline, a description of the project’s intermediate stages. For startups, which launch an ICO without ready MVP, it's a norm to make corrections in the RoadMap. We believe Telegram has enough resources to implement the idea that was intended, the only question is how long it takes.
