As a community, is it possible to collaborate and effectively come up with a video presentation on why IAC is important. In order to promote the project? Tell me, what will be spent on the funds that are collected at the pre-ICO?
The funds will be mostly spent to improve the platform and enhance the whole service. The very small part will go to advisors as the reward.
