No that's not true look at IOTA or Stellar lumens. token supply has nothing to do with volatility. It's just about demand.

Because it becomes a trending coin now.
Small movement of BTC will make people start making moves as well.
High volume.

I think closer to the new year, BTC price will stabilize and the whole market will be more stable.
Now it's better to invest in good project, ModulTrade - one of them.

it also could backfire with btc, since it is a whole swelling bubble right now, people riding the hypetrain about crypto and the bubble keeps rising even more, with no actual usage in the real world...

Hopefully next year will be the year of the altcoins... and by altcoins i mean the ones like modultrade that have real world applications.
