Actually this is something rare recently. Most ICOs try now to get much more money, even if they don't need it. This is definitly a plus for ModulTrade.
I agree, the fact that they have put a logical maximum cap shows that they have well studied the necessary resources to carry out the project.

Putting everything on the blockchain right now including dating sites, yes dating ... smh. This is another one of those ico's in search of a solution. To paraphrase warren buffet only invest in things you can understand and I guarantee 99% of people will not get this unless they are in this small sub sector
