I see R_BLOCK as a decentralized Linkenid. This is a very important fact. Each ICO will seek to attract developers and staff from there.

R_Block are creating a network of the top tech professionals, focusing on Blockchain first. This is potentially one of the biggest challenges for Crypto to attract the best talent to the right projects.
We're lucky that R_Block that we've been able to attract Ex-Google & an Ex-MIT research leader to the team. Very few can boast this. They obviously agree this is an important problem.
The team is very strong and the additions of Tori Lane and Ahmed Nuaman is also very encouraging. Gotta say their profiles (and those of the other team members) are very impressive.
