Good idea to connect cryptocurrencies and booking. I will use such service for sure. Will invest a little bit on 15 November.
Will do the same. You should go and earn some tokens in a bounty compaign.

I don't know guys... In your whitepaper seems like your entire business model relies on the cryptocurrency; the ability to pay with another mean of payment instead of relying on the benefits that the blockchain technology itself gives.
I'd rather invest in a blockchain airbnb kinda idea, with reviews and incentives for a proper and third party-less functioning. You don't mention how are you gonna value good experiences of customers in hotels and viceversa (hotels with customers).
What if a customer breaks stuff in a room? you can't charge those costs directly without the customers approval.

It doesn't look solid. Like your entire company could go under if booking or airbnb decides to accept crypto (as well as the hotels/hostels they work with). Remember they can contact hotels easier than you guys can. They already work with em.

Hopefully I can get some answers to this questions.

Good luck guys!

Thanks for the question. If you read WP more carefully you would see that we rely not on cryptocurrency, but on blockchain technology, through which cashback 5% is possible.
All of these reviews we'll have as well, like on the others platforms, but our service will be the best.
The question about property damage belongs to the competence of a particular hotel. Each hotel has it's own rules. For example security deposit when the customer check into a room.

Even if AirBNB and others will decide to accept crypto - they will not compete with us. After all, in any market it does not matter how many identical projects, they do not compete while they are in demand. And the demand will be, as a lot of hotels are empty and they don't care who exactly will bring the client to them. But unlike others we offer cashback and a lower commission for hotels.

Thanks for the answers!

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked :Rather a promising project!
sounds perspective
but what is the base for your project implementation???

1,5 billion people, which book the accommodation and 3 million hotels and apartments around the world are the base for realization of our project.  We make reservation for people cheaper and reduce agent's treats for hotels.

What makes this so special to already existing platforms like booking.com or agoda.com?

I've seen already projects like this, SOJ and TOA. But Sojourn didn't last long because the developer suddenly abandoned the project while TOA, the development is so slow.

So Tetarise might have the chance to uplift the standard in this type of industry. My question is - in what part of the world this project will start? I mean the hotel partners of this project? So we know which hotels are we going to use in case we travel such that we can still get the 5% cash back.

Since the launch of the platform, we immediately connect hotels around the world, and not in any one particular region. Hotels are interested in TetaRise, as we bring 2 million customers wishing to book hotels for crypto currency.

So at the moment, you haven't got a hold of any hotels yet? I think you might want to start communicating with them if they are interested with your service, at least you can get the idea if they are really positive or not. It's easy to say that yes they are very interested, but it's different if you will have actual communication with them.

At least know their requirements or bottlenecks upon implementation of this project. That's what should every project does. You need contingency plans. Not every hotel management knows how to handle cryptocurrencies. So you can set the rules and guidelines upon collaborating with them. Even if you have already set your internal plans, you need to consider them because they are your customers.

We don't have any hotel and we don't negotiate with them at the moment. There are three million hotels and apartments around the world, which are placed on the booking platfrorms.

To contact even 10% of them for negotiation is impossible in that way. Otherwise we should hire 50.000 people for communication with them.

Million people will get a partnership offer + step by step algorithm at the first stage, which is not different of hundrets of other platforms. Hotel's Managers don't need to know how to use cryptocurrency at all. Any hotel can get payment in fiat money.
Also, hotel can open a crypto-currency wallet, where money is automatically transfered. We see the transaction and automatically confirm hotel this transfer. That's why we need blockchain system, so manager don't need to login into crypto-currency wallet.

In the FAQ section on the website, we explained in details how it works. The main task of the hotel is to sell empty rooms. If the rooms are not sold - this is a big loss to the hotel. That is why hotels are happy to connect with dozens of reservation systems. They don't care who leads the client, the main thing is to bring him.

Hello Tetarise!

I find your project very interesting! I am relatively new to cryptocurrency investments, and currently working to grow my portfolio. I am interested to invest a little of my money in it come the ICO sale.

But I would like to know if you have an e-mail address where I can send my CV? I am also interested to work with your team in the future to push forward the use of your platform in my country, and help make my investment worth every penny.

I agree that you should already be getting in touch with a number of hotels before your anticipated launch, which is mid-next year according to your timeline. A lot of business owners are skeptic about the whole concept of cryptocurrency, and with the bad light being shed by mainstream media, it may be tad difficult to penetrate the industry without giving some time to educate the owners/operators. Coming from the travel industry, I can also tell you that not many establishments agree to work with a number of booking platforms due to the gray areas in their reservation/cancellation policies that oftentimes don't uphold the best interest of the hotels/resorts and merely focuses on customer feedback/rating for their apps.

I have spent a couple of years in the tourism industry, am connected to a number of hotels, and have worked with local and national government in my country. Surely, there must be help I can offer or a task I can accomplish for you and your associates.

Praying all the best for this project!

Hello, thank you for your interest to our project. We are open for the offers which can help us to create this business.
Please send your CV to [email protected]. We will review it and contact you soon.

Thanks for the opportunity! I will forward it tomorrow. Smiley

It is good to add some blockchain technology to the service. Like a different transactions where you can see the hole chain of the booking.

Sorry. The third question is - how you return the 5% to the client? Crypto of to the credit card?

We can make 5% cashback only on the cryptocurrency wallet. Also you can read about it at FAQ on tetarise.com -- "They physically cannot accomplish this for one simple technical reason. The online platforms themselves do not interact with customers' credit cards. To give a 5% refund, they need to obtain credit card data, which in itself is a huge risk.
However, the question itself is the next step. Let’s imagine a client from China has booked a room in a Prague Hotel for 50 euros. The reservation service must return 5% or 2.5 euros to their card. The transaction cost plus overheads can be several times higher than this amount.
At the same time, TetaRise does not bear any costs, except for the transfer fee from one cryptocurrency wallet to another. The wallet itself is tied to its personal online Back Office, automatically receiving a refund, after leaving the hotel."
Sounds good. But if I pay by card and put my cryptowallet in my profile can I get a return to the wallet or no?

Yes! You will get a cashback anyway. Even if you don't have a crypto wallet it will be safed on your profile account (same as extramiles in the airlines).

Almost every hotel in the world requires a credit card at check-in anyways, so why not just book a room with one?  Also what happens when there is a problem with the reservation?  Poorly thought out idea.  You would be better off just starting your own booking website that has the ability to accept different cryptocoins.  I can't imagine every day people paying for hotel bookings with Tetarise.  Too confusing.

I think that service should add their own money to exchange crypto to fiat when booking. Otherwise you still lose % on exchange. Or hotels will accept crypto?

This is a reminder of the practical value of cryptocurrency in real life, it can change the payment method, and it is very convenient for people to use it, and it seems that the project can't be rejected.
I want to use as many cryptocurrencies as possible so i can have a bigger picture about how cryptocurrency affects our daily life. I have a dream to travel on cryptos. I never do it in my life before.  But the biggest problem that I am afraid is local currencies in many countries. I think this platform is moving to the right way to solve all that problems.

If Tetarise found some hotels and they will agree to cooperate it will be another good signal for investors. This will mean that the service is in demand already.
