At the first time ZeroState will use Ethereum blockhain and payments will be in fiat and in tokens. With the grow of participants ZeroState will move to own blockchain.

The project started in Russia and it used russian paymant system qiwi, Yandex Dengi. When it will be 4 mln users the ZeroStates will use tokens for payment.
