Objectives of the CCA project
The main objective of Composite Cylinders Advanced project is to organize the production of modern type 4 ultralight composite gas cylinders in the Czech Republic. But we do not plan to stop there! In the future we will create a global holding company for the production of CCA gas cylinders with dozens of production plants for each local market around the world.
The head office of our holding company is a center of research and development, located in Prague, Czech Republic. It will be responsible for the development of production technology and licensing of local manufacturing enterprises. The profit of the center will be formed from sales of composite cylinders of the 4 type in the EU market and licensing of production technologies in local markets.
Local production companies of holding Composite Cylinders Advanced will be created together with local partners / investors, including owners of CCA tokens. CCA is a project for the production of innovative gas cylinders of the 4 type using our unique specially developed technology.
In production of our gas cylinders we will use special polymeric composite materials from which we will be able to execute:
* liner with a permeability of not more than 0.25 ml / hour per 1 liter-for this we have developed a technology and provided the appropriate equipment for the manufacture and testing of liner;
· design of a protective sheath, explosion protection, as well as the possibility of use under high working pressure 200-300 bar and a pressure in the interval up to 700 bar – these parameters we can achieve thanks to the programmable protective sheath with an appropriate thermal curing and adhesion with the polymer liner.
The parameters of the process of manufacturing cylinders were tested on test copies and confirmed as a result of a number of studies. Our next step is the creation of a prototype of composite gas cylinder of the 4 type and its certification in accordance with ISO 11119-3, ECE R110:2013, ISO 11439 and ADR/RID:2013.
