Deception is or is not deception, but the failure to fulfill its obligations to the bounty activists is precisely in the XiWATT project. This means that the project team may not fulfill its obligations to investors in the future. Therefore, such actions of the team cannot be called a good sign. They are not active nowhere not here nor on social media, all what I found upon my on research they pushed two message on social media in last three months. You would have to reach out using other off channels here I don't think anyone will reply you from team. That campaign is on pause mode and that's all. This is one of the green energy projects I didn't participate and wanted to wait more when they were active.
Yes, this project on pause. But they answering in telegram time to time. And they said that tokens sale will be announced soon, but no any exact date...

Im also participated in bounty here. They said that bounty will be paid after token sale. But token sale still not started after so long time. Probably they waiting market grow

They posted that legal review was a success according SEC rules and they will have private sale soon and that token sale for international users and accredited US investors.

Now they are disappointed with the protracted pause and their condition can be understood. I myself now understand that in long or deferred campaigns you will not earn anything.

Rest assured, regardless of how we proceed with the Bounty campaign, we will honor the work that has been done so far.
We've had some exciting developments and we have a lot more in the pipeline. We've taken measures to do things the right way and we believe this will a massive pay off.

the resolution of legal issues can take a very long time. but if the developers are working on the project in parallel with the lawyers, then it is good for the project and potential investors.
The problem is that they are based in USA I think. And they must decide legal questions with SEC. But this is really good for investors, because there are a lot of scam projects, which are not controlling by no one.
