It would be useful if applied to ico yes, but there is no idea to score something based on feeling. I mean some ico may look bad but then reveal to be the best project ever.
Indeed, I saw some projects which actually like that.A great project, even if it only reached the softcap, it will still be a big thing and even beat some projects that reached their hardcap.

We still see some people send less than 1 ETH !!!!, be careful about the minimum ETH( min : 1 ETH) to participate in the closed round otherwise you will get your funds back and you only will waste the fees of transfer!
So when you send less than 1 ether you will automatically get your funds back? Shouldnt it get lost when you do that?
I guess the smart contact just rebounds back all the funds less than 1 ETH. I have seen many ICO's doing this recently, it's better than getting lost.
Yes, this should become standard for ICOs and saves so much trouble afterwards.
