It certainly looked that way at the time, but now that Vlad posted those screenshots it looks like "gawceo" might be a valid account. I'm still confused as to why "GAW Miners_CEO" doesn't just state - yes, that is my account, or no, it isn't. How could he possibly benefit from this confusion?
PYC person asked from GAW $2milion for the coin with market cap $20k... He saying that he has such strong team, that this 20k will be (here goes miracle) worth 2kk in a year.

Exactly the same feelings here. The community here is getting worse every day. It has been decreased to a bunch of rotten childish fraudsters and wannabes.
XPY will get the paycoin trademark.
I guess no one was really interested in discussing it to begin with, just accusing me of being Josh and deflecting things away from the facts. If the original developer did not file for a trademark and Vlad cannot prove that he has the legal standing to even challenge GAW's trademark application, then it's a done deal. The trademark will go to GAW. Unless there is some sort of formal company or organization behind PYC (which I can't really tell because the original website now looks like a poorly coded faucet
), the only one with legal standing to obtain a trademark would be the original developer.Still curious as to why Josh said he bought the rights to the name. Wonder if the developer sold out? Make a bit of cash off a dead coin. Why not?

pretty sure that has to do with the fact it was posted on hashtraders or whatever and people flocked over here from there.

Since everyone thinks I'm either Josh or a GAW shill, let me share something about XPY that is bothering me. I've been following this situation for months despite my lack of posts. Allow me to play devil's advocate (from your point of view.)
This entire dispute over the naming of the coin shouldn't be happening, according to prior statements by Josh.

Well I was looking at the paycoin trademark from a purely legal standpoint. PYC is obviously dead despite Vlad's attempt at necromancy and a few of the GAW haters hopping on the blockchain. Whatever you think the ultimate fate of XPY is, they currently have something that's alive and used by more than a couple people with an axe to grind, and until it ends up like PYC I don't believe a judge would rule in favor of PYC due to abandonment. And if it does go down in flames, then no one will really care.

Lets use commonsense.
How do you get to own a name? trademark? i don't really know to be honest if Josh has applied for a trade mark does that not mean you cant if you haven't already?
If owning a name depends on who has the trademark then the trademark owner is the winner am i wrong? and if that is how it works then its very simple the old paycoin has no legs to stand on
I think the best solution would be for Josh to post his chat logs. No hacking required.
