Yes, that is exactly the case. Most people have been waiting for the last days to see how the crowdfunding goes and invest just before the presale ends. The bitcoin price increase also helps a lot, when looking the size of investment in USD.

This is also why it will become successful, and as what we can see we can sense that the investors also saw some great potential in this project. Maybe the investors see that in the near future the money they risk in this project would be worth 10x or more than that.

I am really glad that the Quantum project is a resounding success, they have been able to raise a lot of money through their ICO and i hope all goes well for their seeing how they put a lot of work and money into it.

But, if quantum just crossing over 1000 BTC, already a good result isn't it?.

Indeed, it doesn't matter if Quantum reach 1000 bitcoin but having that amount will be great help to captive more investors. Yet, its up to them if they will participate in the project.

I don't think such an access is there. In recent days ICO presale Quantum seems to grab a position into the list. Along with this few other ICO projects too have found successful which has recently completed its presale and started to list on various exchanges. Quantum with a good plan and the token destruction after presale will give good growth from the beginning.
