This is a very short development within a month of promoting this site but being able to accumulate so much btc value.
I am still amazed by the quantum signature campaigns performance, involving many participants from various rankings is very effective to spread the word more widely to engage in ICO, this is a reprimand for other signatures that rely on a few participants with high rank. The main purpose of marketing is not only quality, but it attracts a lot of people interest to engage massively in the investment offered, I wish quantum success in market trading and I do not hesitate to buy more token.

So people will come to Quantum to find liquidity? Will you be creating a platform that finds liquidity (from other exchanges), makes and provides a market to the public? If not, can you explain a little bit more?
They will. It's one of their plans to create markets to ensure liquidity . You can read more about what QUA is in their website and it's pretty much detailed so I am sure that it can answer your questions. So I see that 2/3 of funds raised will be reserved for further development and additional liquidity. How much of that goes to the actual payment of the development team? Can they take the entire amount for themselves? Is there a rule that prevents them from doing that?
The way you should view the 2/3's of the unsold tokens as:
a) could be offered in future sales to increase liquidity. If these future shares are offered at or (preferably above market price), It would actually be beneficial, because larger liquidity pool, more $$$ burned. Also if they are creating a deflationary system, it would be smart to reintroduce more tokens once the supply pool has dwindled or diminished...
b) by retaining 2/3's of all tokens created, let's say the crowdraiser ends with 3.5 million dollars....now there company is worth 10.5 million dollar valuation, because they retain the other 7 million worth in tokens.
It's quite genius to do this.
If you start putting, 2 and 2 together, it becomes pretty evident dev is pretty smart and knows what they are doing.
They are trying to create a juggernaut of a system that will create revenue for all shareholders over time $$$$

Reserved Quantums will be used to be sold after the presale. Just like in the presale, all funds collected from those sales are going to be added to the liquidity pool. It is the only way for us to grow the liquidity pool after the presale. We also do not pay any salaries to our team members and are all dependent on the rise of the project.
The amount of Quantums in circulation will be public, so any increase in token supply would damage the reputation of the project and make all tokens (including reserved ones) worth less. There is no incentive for us to do that.

We will be approaching exchanges that we find interesting and currency pairs that offer the best possible returns. Generating returns by lending is just part of our business.
