I think it might have been shrinking earlier but it should be stopped now. Regardless! Redd will recalculate today based on whatever transactions were pending last night and revert the numbers back to where they were at 0:00 (countdown end of Stage 1 investment period).
SO PLEASE DONT WORRY! YOU ARE ALL COVERED WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNTS!

Still wondering why the amount of IPCO Stage 1 coins is still shrinking with new investors coming on board??
YES ... its unfair ...
i invested 0.27 BTC and recieve 9k coin but a body with invest 0.26 btc reviece 18 k coin ...
its very UNFAIR ... i HOPE REDDCOIN ADMIN correct it ...
IPO Stage 1 is closed. There should be no more investors for stage 1 to dilute us.
