So what happens to a transaction that was sent to a Poloniex RIC wallet while deposits are disabled?  Are those funds "lost"?  Or will they appear in the wallet once Poloniex re-enables deposits for RIC?

Any other exchanges for RIC that anyone recommends?

Greetings from Datacoin.  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-datacoin-censorship-free-data-storage-2188160

Datacoin is a fork of Primecoin, and shares the same proof of work and difficulty adjustment algorithm.  We noticed that Riecoin is a prime number cryptocurrency but not a fork of Primecoin.
However, Riecoin is at 10.2 and with Datacoin we have started coding 0.9.  So we would really like to engage the developers of Riecoin about the complexity of the Riecoin code.

It seems to me if I take Riecoin 0.9 and I replace the prime constellations code with the Cunningham chains code of Primecoin we would get Primecoin 0.9.  Adding Datacoin's data field to the transactions would then give us Datacoin 0.9, no?

Thank you.

Any news on Poloniex deposit/withdraw issue? Their statement indicates they may require update from RIC team.

It took them a week or two to fix it last time.  It doesn't need anything to actually be fixed, they just need to reenable it.

Anyone else having issues getting to https://ublock.it ?

We are investigating an issue with connectivity from our proxy, this should be resolved shortly.

Mining should be unaffected.

Thanks!  Would this be affecting my ability to cash out?
Payouts should have been unaffected. They are working normally.

If you look at the graphs, it seems that this whale comes regularly, so it can be expected that this person pumps again this coin...
Riecoin price don't have any sense

But I just realize... Who would buy significant amount of Riecoins? Maybe most of the buy orders could be from him, as are 99% of RIC trades!

lets just see what will happen in the following days

Explorer is OK.  Last time this happened, Poloniex's wallet froze for a while, probably until a human went and flagged it as OK.  I just sent a test deposit and don't see it confirming, so I've opened a ticket with them preemptively to have them check.

Looks like the "All others" mining riecoin are forking the chain, lot of orphans these days.

I have a question since 2 or 3 years ago and it's: WHY?

Why all days i have 50k+ incoming connections trying to make xpoolx.com down?
Why is a person trying to fork the chain day by day?
Why is a person or persons doing that solomining in order to fork the chain?

In definitely, why this person hate riecoin and/or riecoin users?

I also see similar attacks since day 1 launching uBlock, I don't think a single day has gone by without a ddos attack. Only upside is I've learned a substantial amount about mitigating all kinds of attacks.

The only logical explanation is someone wants this coin dead for whatever reason.
Back when I opened up uBlock pool they had nearly killed the coin. Now they come back at halving with probably 100x the number of machines and pulling the same crap.

Nothing can prevent these attacks unless solo-miner decides to play nice or we get many more miners.
