Does ANS support Bitcoin multisignature? Would you consider support for the Ledger Nano S for cold storage?
No it doesn't support that and if it was possible to support Ledger nano that would be a winner for me but again I doubt that will happen.

Strange they wouldn't add Ants after the major successful ICO and names to the project. I guess in time they will pull there finger out. It will need more volume before then though.
Polo havent been adding anything besides ZEC (they were paid for it) and REP for a long while. Polo has a fuckup with SEC because of them misunderstanding the term 'factual delivery' of loaned coins. Thus they have hard times not only passing new addings on to margin but adding something besides what they have added at all.

The first major update to the web wallet is scheduled no later than Friday this week, some previews:
a)in newly created wallet files, the number of addresses is limited to 1, and cannot create more addresses;
b)previous wallet files with multiple addresses will keep those addresses, but cannot create more, and only shows as 1;
c)multiple overseas nodes will be activated to increase connection speed.
Great news, hope I can finally sync my wallet and make it work, I know my ans are there somewhere since I can see them at antcha.in but still haven't been able to create a wallet. I know the team has been working hard but they should've been an easy way for common investors to use a simpler wallet without so much sync issues and platforms incompatibility.

yeah agree to that polo should have listed ants when they have partnered with wings, the dev on the other side is doing a grate job in introducing wings to people.

I see the same issue. The site is not offline, it seems an asp.net error message. I'm not exactly sure whats that about, because of chinese language. Anyway i think is a temporary problem... the chinese webmaster will fix it quickly.
Will check it again later.
