How can I claim my ANC tokens, becuase of the issue of wallet synchronisation, it takes me more than four days to complete the last synchronisation I did so I moved my ANS tokens to Bittrex.
Same here even if my wallet is fully sync, and the price in bittrex is 50% lower that the second phase ICO we really should have considered the first phase ico before investing more in the second.
I have the right wallet, and I cannot claim my ANCs

you don't need to make a tx first, there's already been a tx (at least 1 tx, the ico ans distribution, or transferred from another address)I think this is true if you imported your private key in your wallet before the distribution, however if you imported it after the distribution has been done (like I did), then it is not possible to claim ANC (at least it isn't for me right now as I haven't done any new transaction).
eh...no...the timing of priv key importing is irrelevant. if you cannot claim ANC now it's likely because you are not using the right wallet, make sure it's app.antshares.org for web wallet or newest version of windows wallet. if you found any more issue just write to [email protected] he will sort it out for you. Meanwhile, what's due in anc in the meantime will not be affected at all

you don't need to keep the wallet running, the newly generated ANC will be assigned(marked) to your ANS address automatically, you can claim them whenever you want.
just, make sure you synced the wallet

Was (genuinely) curious about how you guys set a price for ANC, was it according to the price on that exchange (that I don't remember), to some calculations or is it just how much you are prepared to offer? (or something else)
Maybe a specific thread for exchanging ANC would attract more buyers/sellers ...

It is listed on yobtc.com, the price is approximately the same as antshares at the moment.
I would hold on to your antcoin for a while longer, keep it for long term.
Agreed. We might even see that ANC will be valued higher than ANS. But then again, considering how much ANC these Exchanges must hold we could be in for a rough ride. Time will tell I guess.
The way I see it though is that ANS is the voting shares while ANC is the coin that will or should be used as payment for stuff. Either way, will be interesting to see all that can happen to this pair.

However the only reason ANC is not yet trade-ready is because of the supply, do the math, current block height * 8 =total available supply

make sure you are using app.antshares.org
plz do not use any project testing version say the azure one.
or check for browser settings.

Yes and No. we do process remaining bounty distributions weekly, but we no longer accept new bounty registration from who has no previous confirmation from us.
What so you're saying I took part in your signature campaign for weeks working and there is proof on the spreadsheet but you won't be paying me, is that right? I hope not for both of us!

yes, do make the contact, but you should know that the deadline for new bounty report has been long passed. We only take updates now (meaning, e.g., you are on the list long ago but only recently have come to generate an ANS address and need to update for distribution)

It would've been a good move for exchanges to give ANS holders their ANC ... This'll probably encourage more people to hold their ANS on exchanges. Actually I think not giving ANS holders their ANC is kinda scammy ... (maybe there are technical difficulties related to ANC distribution that I don't grasp ...)
I don't think they should have to give us the ANC, as it is their right to get it (we do decide if we want our ANS on that exchange or not). But, they could have given back a small % to everyones balance, would have been a nice gesture.
Then again, these exchanges are not really known for being the most generous of the BTC companies out there. We know this as well once we sign up.

Whats happening with the price is ANS dying, where are the promised updates the alibaba and wings collaboration Antshares should be in constant update about meetings any planed upgrade of the software, use your twitter and social media account to be noticed.
First of all, price action seldom reflects fundamentals of most assets in a market dominated by speculation, just look at US stocks and oil. So with regards to Antshares, we'll not see any meaningful profit anytime soon. Maybe someday in 2017, we'll wake up to see the price pop up to a 10x, around 10cny per ANS. But not now, this is still accumulation time for smart money. We just don't know how cheap ANS can be bought with regards to the developments.
See the arrows showing the spikes and the accompanying buy volume? Smart Chinese money accumulating and willing to buy beyond 1.35 CNY/ANS. See how small the sell volume of the recent drop? By the way, Yuanbao is the lead exchange for ANS which behaves differently from BTC pairs since Chinese exchanges pair with fiat and not BTC. The ANS market moves independently from the bitcoin market.
Why the recent drop?
One reason is that a huge 2015 ICO holder got tired of waiting (lack of volume and BTC/CNY is mooning) and decided to dump his half a million ANS in an illiquid market (There were several large sell orders (30,000 ANS) suddenly placed in Yuanbao recently. You could actually see them getting lower and lower. So seeing this, a smart buyer will wait out for cheaper ANS before resuming to accumulate.
Another possible reason is that the Antshares team did another round of ANS distribution without telling us. The last distribution saw the price tanking from 1.57CNY to 0.97CNY.
So, right now is a waiting game on who buys or sells first.

hypothetically there is such a ICO 1 investor who did this and quit, and hypothetically the illiquidity was somehow intentional....
I mean, your theory could check out.
And hypothetically the theory goes on, the liquidity will be increasing.
on the other hand, I know for a fact we have no ico ans distribution for quite some time.
